• Dear Idylls For the King contributers and readers, I am writing to let you know that I (the "editor") have decided to cease posting on IFtK for the next few months. I am doing this for a few reasons. My family and I will be moving this summer, which I'm sure most of you know can be a hectic, busy time. I also feel I need to clarify a few things in the submission guidelines and rethink some things. I have other personal reasons as well. I plan to post four more pieces from the remaining "pending" pool in this coming week. Anything submitted beyond that will not be posted. Please do not continue to submit to IFtK at this time. Whatever is leftover in the pending pool after the four posts will be deleted, and anything I find there if/when IFtK reconvenes will be deleted and we will start over with a blank slate. IFtK will remain up, and the posts that are already published will also remain. If you wish to have any of your pieces removed from this site for any reason (personal, or need to take them down because you want to submit them else ware and their guidelines require it) please contact me as soon as possible. There will probably be a couple of days sometime in the coming months when I will not have internet access and will not be able to delete them for you, so please think ahead. I want to thank all of you for your support, interest, and contributions. If/when IFtK begins posting again, I will announce it here (beginning of fall?) as well as send out an email to all of you on my contributer's list. If you have any questions, please email me.
